Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Management & Reporting Consultant to join our team for a 6-month engagement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing SAP data, ensuring data quality and governance, and delivering actionable insights through reporting solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in SAP data structures, reporting tools, and transactional processes within S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Management :

- Manage master and transactional data in SAP S/4HANA, including Business Partner, Material Master, Customer, Vendor, and other core data objects.

- Execute data migration, cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.

- Ensure consistency and integrity of data across SAP modules.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects (BO), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Provide actionable insights and performance metrics to business stakeholders.

- Automate reporting processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency.

Transactional Data Handling :

- Monitor and manage transactional data for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Production Orders, and other key business processes.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate data flow between modules.

Data Quality & Governance :

- Define and enforce data governance policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions as required.

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure adherence to data standards.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Support :

- Analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.

- Support business decision-making through data-driven insights.

Communication & Leadership :

- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement data management initiatives.

- Mentor junior team members on SAP data management and reporting practices.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Strong experience in SAP Data Management and handling S/4HANA data objects (BP, Material Master, etc.)

- Expertise in SAP Reporting tools : BW, BO, SAC.

- Deep understanding of transactional data in SAP modules : Sales, Purchase, Production.

- Hands-on experience with data quality, data governance, and master data management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP S/4HANA experience in multiple modules.

- Experience with SAP data migration tools (LSMW, SAP Data Services).

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori reporting apps
