What you do :

- Develop project plans, timelines, and staffing in alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives

- Ensure SAP Commerce projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards

- Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional & technical teams, to understand business needs and translate them into requirements

- Manage expectations and communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and escalations, maintaining transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Foster a positive team culture and provide ongoing support to ensure team members are motivated and productive.

- Identify, track, and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of SAP projects.

- Proactively manage project issues and take corrective actions to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.

- Continuously evaluate SAP delivery processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and standardization.

- Implement best practices for project management, change management, and system optimization.

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive continuous improvement and optimization of SAP solutions post-implementation.

- Ensure SAP systems are effectively maintained, supported, and enhanced to meet changing business needs.

what we expect :

- Knowledge of SAP commerce is required

- Extensive experience in SAP Commerce implementations (B2B, B2C, D2C)

- Strong hands-on experience with HMC, HAC, and Cockpits (CMS, WCMS, CS, import, admin).

- Experience in web development and other web technologies including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, JSON, SQL, etc

- Customer facing support experience or a proven ability to communicate and breakdown technical ideas to business stakeholders and technical users

- Understanding of mobile platform development (iOS and Android) is an advantage

- General understanding of programming languages, APIs, and database technologies

- Broad understanding of enterprise web architectures

- Critical and creative thinking

- Passion for fast-paced problem solving

Preferred skills :

- Experience with SaaS

- Experience with Kibana

- Experience with website debugging tools such as Charles, Fiddler, Wireshark, Firebug, etc

Education :

- Bachelors degree in engineering. MBA is a plus.
