JD for SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Consultant :
Experience Required :
- 5-6 years of overall SAP experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in SAP CS module.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize strong SAP technical, configuration, and business knowledge in the Customer Service (CS) module.
- Implement and enhance repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location, and tracking functionalities in CS module.
- Integrate CS module with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance modules to track repair costs and generate customer invoices.
- Handle Service Contracts and integrate them with Service Orders for billable and non-billable scenarios.
- Manage Service Work Orders and ensure smooth integration throughout the repairs process and on-demand service.
- Handle service labor posting and ensure seamless integration with the timekeeping system.
- Work on Order to Cash (OTC) process, focusing on Master Data, Pricing, Sales Documents, Delivery Documents, Billing Documents, Contracts, Account Determination, Rebate Agreements, and Partner Determination.
- Process EDI and IDoc transactions.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP CS module.
- Proficiency in handling repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location, and tracking in CS.
- Extensive experience with Service Contracts and integration with Service Orders.
- Familiarity with service labor posting and integration with timekeeping systems.
- Expertise in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including master data, pricing, sales documents, and billing.
- Experience with EDI and IDoc processing
