Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of SAP CS solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in service management processes and strong integration knowledge across SD, MM, and FI modules. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient service solutions aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP CS functional design, configuration, and implementation

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS functional solutions

- Configure and manage Service Order processing, including :

a. Warranty management

b. Internal repairs

c. External repairs

d. Preventive and scheduled maintenance

- Design and optimize service management lifecycle processes from service request to billing

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FI)

- Support enhancements, upgrades, rollouts, and production support activities

- Act as SAP CS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex functional and integration issues

- Lead functional testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

- Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, interfaces, and reports

- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to SAP best practices

- Provide functional leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders

- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 8+ years of strong hands-on functional experience in SAP Customer Service (CS)

- Proven experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP CS solutions

- Strong understanding of :

a. Service Orders

b. Warranty processing

c. Internal & external repairs

- Preventive and scheduled maintenance

- Solid integration experience with SD, MM, and FI modules

- Experience working on implementation, support, and enhancement projects

- Ability to lead functional discussions and manage business stakeholders

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP CS Certification

- Experience in S/4HANA CS or Service Management
