Job Description :
- Support the day to day activities of the client SAP CRM Service
- Development and maintenance of External interfaces using WEBSERVICES Configuration/changes.
- Identifying Notes to support various user requirements.
- CRM SALES and SERVICE processes customizing changes.
- Sap CRM Mobility , overview of DOE, SUP.
- Creation of field mapping between CRM fields and export excel template
Requirements :
This position provides professional level support in the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module in data system operations, maintenance and management.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Ability to plan, manage work stream independently facilitate workshops, secure approvals from business, maintain minutes, meet quality process requirements
- Should be a team player
- Has skills in Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into Business blueprints , system design, functional specifications and system configuration
- Excellent Presentation, Communication skills.
- Ability to interact with the business and conduct business workshops good communication skills
