Responsibilities :

- Design, implement and support SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.

- Develop technical specifications and documentation for SAP CRM enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM applications.

- Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM developments and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in SAP CRM technical roles.

- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming language and other SAP development tools.

- Experience with integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.

- Understanding of CRM business processes and customer engagement strategies.
