Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CRM/IS-U Technical Consultant with over 7 years of in-depth experience in SAP ABAP development, particularly within the IS-Utilities (IS-U) and CRM modules. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering full-cycle implementations, possess excellent Object-Oriented ABAP development skills, and demonstrate strong knowledge across ISU sub-modules such as Device Management (DM), FICA, and Billing.

This is a key role that requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code that meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP CRM and IS-U ABAP development tasks including reports, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and workflows.

- Participate in full lifecycle implementations and support engagements for SAP CRM/IS-U projects.

- Develop efficient and modularized Object-Oriented ABAP code using best practices, including clear commenting and documentation.

- Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand requirements, perform impact analysis, and deliver robust solutions.

- Take ownership of development tasks, from requirement analysis and coding to unit testing and deployment.

- Build and enhance WebUI components within SAP CRM.

- Perform system debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.

- Work on SPAU/SPDD activities and support upgrade/migration efforts.

- Maintain and enhance integration components including BDocs, IDocs, ALV reports, BADIs, and workflows.

- Provide technical input on FICA, FI, Billing, and Device Management processes within IS-U.

- Support cross-team collaboration with other SAP modules (e.g., SRM, FIORI, OData, etc.).

Technical Skills & Expertise Required :

Mandatory :

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience in IS-U and CRM modules.

- Strong Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) design and coding skills.

Experience in :

- SAP CRM technical development

- IS-U modules : FICA, Device Management, Billing, and FI

- SPAU/SPDD activities

- WebUI component development

- Enhancements : BADIs, BDocs

- ALV/SALV reports and custom interfaces

- Workflow configuration and enhancement

Good to Have :

- SAP FIORI

- SAP OData Services

- IDoc configurations and debugging

- SRM knowledge

- Exposure to Agile development methodology

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
