Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP CRM sales and service modules, with a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes. This role requires a professional who is proficient in configuration, system integration, and support, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- CRM Configuration : Configure the SAP CRM module for end-to-end sales order management, pricing, different sales scenarios, and billing.

- System Integration : Possess a good understanding of SAP CRM and ECC integration, particularly for basic functions like Business Partner and Product Master.

- Functional Expertise : Apply expertise in SAP CRM sales and services, including sales force automation, complaints and returns processing, and the service process with service parts integration.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide functional support and work on middleware troubleshooting.

- Lifecycle Management : Manage the Equipment Life Cycle Management (ELC) service and install process.

- Support Tools : Utilize and have a good understanding of support process tools such as Solution Manager, Issue Management tools, and testing tools like HP Quality Center.

Technical Skills :

- SAP CRM Modules : Strong knowledge of SAP CRM sales and services.

- SAP Integration : Understanding of SAP CRM and ECC integration.

- SAP SD : Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), including delivery management and STO processing.

- Middleware : Working knowledge of middleware troubleshooting.

- Support & Testing Tools : Experience with Solution Manager, Issue Management tools, and HP Quality Center.

Education :

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience :

- Overall Experience : 8-10 years of professional experience in SAP CRM sales & services.
