SAP CRM Functional Consultant - BADI/IDoc Modules

Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in functional configuration, testing, and business process validation. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in CRM implementation, customization, and integration with core SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform pure functional configurations in SAP CRM (Sales, Service, and Marketing modules).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for CRM functionalities.

- Collaborate with technical teams for custom enhancements (BADI/BAPI/Workflow).

- Validate CRM middleware configurations and ensure data consistency between ECC and CRM systems.

- Provide post-implementation support and resolve user-reported functional issues.

- Document configurations, test results, and process flows.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP CRM Functional (no ABAP or technical background required).

- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Interaction Center processes.

- Hands-on in Business Role Configuration, Partner Determination, Action Profiles, and Copy Control.

- Experience in CRM Testing, UAT coordination, and Test Case documentation.

- Knowledge in configuring the SAP CRM solution across multiple CRM functional areas such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction center, etc.

- Knowledge in setting up CRM Middleware to handle Integration and troubleshooting data issues.

- Perform the role of SAP CRM Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in requirement gathering, estimations, business blueprinting, realization, integration, testing, and deployment.

- Ability to facilitate workshops for requirement gathering, training content creation, end-user training, good understanding of CRM-ECC integration and Middleware troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
