We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP CRM / CX / C4HANA Consultant to lead the implementation of modern Customer Experience (CX) solutions.

This role focuses on configuring and integrating SAP's cloud-based portfolio, specifically covering the Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

1. CX Cloud Configuration :

- Core Cloud Configuration : Lead the functional configuration of key SAP CX products, including SAP Customer Experience (C4C) and the SAP Marketing Cloud modules.

- Module Specialization : Configure end-to-end processes across the CX suite, focusing on :

i. Sales Cloud : Lead-to-cash process, opportunity management, and sales enablement.

ii. Service Cloud : Case management, service ticketing, and customer service automation.

iii. Marketing Cloud : Campaign management, segmentation, and personalized customer interaction.

2. Integration and Data Strategy :

- System Integration : Develop and manage critical integration points between the CX solutions and the SAP S/4HANA ERP backbone, ensuring synchronized master data and transactional flow.

- Analytics Enablement : Support the integration of CX data with SAP Analytics Cloud to enable advanced reporting and insightful customer analytics.

- Data Strategy : Support the implementation and optimization of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and complex customer interaction automation workflows.

Requirements and Technical Exposure :

- Product Knowledge : Knowledge of specialized marketing tools like Emarsys and the SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) is highly desirable.

- Communication : Possess strong client-facing communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to effectively gather requirements and drive adoption
