Join our team to technically deliver and implement digital customer experience solutions using the SAP C/4HANA suite (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce).

This role is focused on the technical configuration, integration, and extension development necessary to support a modern CX landscape across the European time zone.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Cloud Solution Configuration :

- Configure SAP C4C Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules at a technical level, including customizing business objects, screens, and workflow rules.

System Integration Architecture :

- Manage lead-to-cash integration with S/4 using technical protocols.

- This involves defining data mapping, troubleshooting middleware communication, and ensuring robust data exchange for core sales and finance processes.

Technical Development & Extensibility :

- Customise Fiori apps and develop technical requirements for BTP extensions for CX, utilizing technologies like the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) or UI5 development.

- Develop dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud, focusing on data connectivity, security, and modeling to visualize CX performance metrics.

Integration Protocol Implementation :

- Utilize Integration skills (IDOC, OData, API) to build and maintain reliable interfaces between the cloud CX suite, S/4HANA, and external third-party systems.

Required Technical Skills & Expertise :

SAP CX Proficiency : 4 + years SAP CRM or C4HANA technical configuration and implementation experience is required.

Integration (Mandatory) : Strong, proven Integration skills (IDOC, OData, API) for linking cloud and on-premise systems.

Extension Technology : Practical knowledge of Fiori / UI5 development and exposure to the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for cloud-native extensions.

Marketing Exposure (Preferred) : Exposure to SAP Emarsys / Marketing Automation tools and their technical integration points
