SAP CRM Consultant - Implementation & Support

About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to join our growing SAP team.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CRM solutions that drive business transformation and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support SAP CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service).

- Work with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable CRM solutions.

- Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (ECC/S4HANA) and external systems.

- Manage CRM data migration, workflow configurations, and UI customizations.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and optimize performance.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 / S4HANA for Customer Management.

- Understanding of CRM Middleware, WebUI, and BDC / BAPI integration.

- Experience in Business Partner, Activity Management, and Transaction processing.

- Good understanding of ABAP debugging and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
