SAP CRM Consultant - ECC/HANA Modules

Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in CRM functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP CRM solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing).

- Customization of SAP CRM WebUI, Middleware, and Business Rules.

- Provide functional support for CRM master data, workflows, and business processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end project delivery.

- Perform testing, documentation, and user training.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of SAP CRM Consulting experience.

- Strong knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

- Experience with middleware & integration (ECC, S/4HANA preferred).

- Good understanding of CRM WebUI, BOL/GENIL framework.

- Excellent client interaction & problem-solving skills.
