SAP CRM Consultant

Job Description :

- Experience in SAP ABAP RICEFW / Interactive ALV Reporting / Dialog programming / BAPI, RFC / EDI, Idoc, ALE / Sap-script, Smart Forms, Interactive Forms / Adobe

- Strong experience in Configuration of CRM Web UI Interface.

- UI configuration tool, Navigation Bar & Business Role configurations.

- Strong experience in BSP Component workbench, Enhancement sets, Generic Interaction Layer (GENIL) / Business Object Layer (BOL), BSP Tag library and extensions.

- Strong experience in ABAP Objects and ABAP development especially service management module.

- Strong experience in Middleware (Queue debugging, BDOC analysis and basic middleware configuration).

- Web Service is must for creation of Interfaces with other Source

- Knowledge in Action Management in CRM.

- Base Customizing : Transaction Types Setup, Copying Control, Date Profile, Text Profile, Action Profile, Status Profile, Organization Determination Profile, Partner Determination profile, Pricing, Business Partner Maintenance.

- Web Client UI : UI Architecture, Business Role Configuration, Navigation Bar Profile Setup, UI Configuration Tool, Application Enhancement Tool, Easy Enhancement Workbench, Design Layer.

- CRM Middleware : Creation of Logical Systems, Maintaining the RFC Connections between the CRM & R/ 3 systems, Replication Objects, Creation of Sites, Creation of Publications, Creation of Subscription

- Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver / JAVA.

- Experience in Banking industry for SAP-CRM implementation will be preferred.

- Knowledge of Banking operations and Finacle-Core banking
