We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM Service to support and enhance enterprise CRM implementations. The role requires deep functional knowledge, hands-on production support experience, and close collaboration with technical teams. Exposure to ABAP debugging and integrations will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP CRM Service functionalities, including Service Contracts Management and Case Management.

- Act as a functional SME for SAP CRM Service modules, supporting business processes and continuous improvements.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Ensure effective utilization of SAP CRM to meet business and customer service objectives.

- Work on integration of SAP CRM with SAP ECC, especially SD, PS, PM, and CS modules.

- Support Service Finance Integration and Middleware-related scenarios.

- Collaborate closely with ABAP and technical teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver solutions.

- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of fixes and enhancements.

- Provide production support, handling user issues through ticketing systems.

- Communicate effectively with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Perform functional testing for bug fixes, enhancements, and production releases.

- Ensure smooth production movements and system stability.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP CRM Service Contracts Management

- SAP CRM Case Management

- Strong functional experience in SAP CRM Service (7- 10 years)

- Integration of SAP CRM with SAP ECC

- Production support and incident management experience

Integration & Technical Exposure :

- Knowledge of SAP ECC Customer Support (CS)

- Serial Numbers

- Equipment

- BOM

- Installed Base (IBase)

- Exposure to Service Finance Integration and Middleware

- Understanding of B2B EDI / ALE / IDocs

- Ability to work with ABAP teams; ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus

Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree (mandatory)

- 7- 10 years of overall SAP CRM functional experience

- Strong business orientation with a customer/client-focused mindset

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

- Experience working in high-availability production environments
