About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPQ Technical Consultant with proven expertise in implementing, customizing, and integrating SAP Configure Price Quote solutions for enterprise clients. The role will involve end-to-end SAP CPQ implementations, production support, integration with Salesforce & ERP systems, and advanced customization using full-stack development skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in complex pricing models, guided selling configurations, and global multi-region rollouts, along with a deep understanding of the Lead-to-Order process. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance CPQ solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy in quoting and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP CPQ Development & Implementation :

- Lead at least 2 full-cycle SAP CPQ implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.

- Provide production support for live SAP CPQ environments, resolving issues efficiently.

- Configure product bundles, pricing rules, approval workflows, and guided selling processes in SAP CPQ.

- Customize CPQ using responsive templates for optimal performance and UI/UX.

- Migrate systems from Quote 1.0 to Quote 2.0 ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime.

Integration & APIs :

- Integrate SAP CPQ with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (SAP and non-SAP) for unified Lead-to-Cash processes.

- Develop and manage CPQ APIs for communication with external applications.

- Collaborate with ERP and CRM teams to ensure smooth data flow and synchronization across systems.

Full-Stack Customization & Development :

- Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, KnockoutJS for CPQ front-end enhancements.

- Leverage Python, IronPython 2.7, and C# for advanced scripting and backend logic.

- Create custom logic to handle subscription pricing, tiered pricing, and usage-based pricing models.

Performance, Governance & Best Practices :

- Optimize CPQ performance for speed, accuracy, and scalability.

- Implement security best practices, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.

- Apply DevOps pipelines and CI/CD methodologies for efficient deployments and version control.

Global Rollouts & Stakeholder Management :

- Plan and execute multi-region / global CPQ rollouts with localization strategies.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and align CPQ functionalities with business objectives.

- Provide training, documentation, and best practice guidance to ensure high adoption rates.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years total experience in CPQ implementation & consulting, with minimum 4 years in SAP CPQ.

- At least 2 end-to-end CPQ implementations + 1 production support project.

- Strong expertise in SAP CPQ configuration, customization, and pricing logic.

- Proven integration experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems.

- Hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, KnockoutJS, Python, IronPython 2.7, C#.

- Solid understanding of Lead-to-Order processes.

- Familiarity with manufacturing and industrial engineering industry workflows.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
