Role Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP CPI Consultant with strong experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to analyze business requirements and deliver high-performance integration solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

- Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to understand integration requirements.

- Analyze and document current business processes and integration scenarios.

- Develop custom adapters, transformations (XSLT/Groovy), and exception handling within SAP CPI.

- Configure iFlows, mappings, value mappings, and other CPI-specific development objects.

- Ensure seamless data flow between SAP S/4HANA, third-party applications, and cloud services.

- Manage master data synchronization across systems.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability.

- Follow best practices for secure and scalable integrations.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI.

- Strong understanding of integration technologies, middleware concepts, and cloud-based architectures.

- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST, Groovy Scripting, and OData services.

- Experience with SAP API Management, IDocs, RFCs, Proxies, and Web Services.

- Ability to troubleshoot CPI runtime issues using monitoring tools and logs.

- Solid understanding of business processes and data models in SAP ERP and S/4HANA.

- Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and its integration capabilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP PI/PO or other middleware tools.

- Knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, or other SAP cloud products.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
