SAP CPI Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain SAP CPI interfaces including inbound and outbound scenarios.

- Develop and customize integrations using SAP CPI components : Cloud Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor, Open Connectors, Event Mesh, and SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

- Utilize Groovy scripting, Java, XSLT, and Java mapping for enhancing integration flows.

- Work with SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP Build Work Zones for integration and process automation.

- Support integration projects throughout the lifecycle from business requirements gathering, design, development, testing, to deployment and post-implementation support.

- Create and maintain end-to-end functional and technical designs for interfaces.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in SAP CPI and related technologies.

- Suggest and implement improvements to existing operational procedures within the integration environment.

- Configure and manage adapters such as IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, ABAP Proxy, SOAP, HTTP, REST, SFTP.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless connectivity.

- Strong knowledge of SAP BPM, BRM, design, build, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor, Open Connector, Event Mesh, SAP CIG).

- Strong proficiency in Groovy scripting, Java, XSLT, and Java mapping.

- Experience with SAP Build Apps, Process Automation, and Work Zones.

- Deep understanding of SAP integration architecture and technologies.

- Strong experience configuring inbound and outbound interfaces using various adapters.

- Knowledge of web services (OData, REST, SOAP), BRF (Business Rule Framework), and security protocols (SFTP, HTTPS).

Additional Skills :

- Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into integration solutions.

- Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.

- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of SAP CPI integrations.
