We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with strong expertise in B2B integrations and SuccessFactors environments to lead complex integration projects across cloud and on-premise landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CPI, BTP, and other middleware tools, along with hands-on experience in integrating systems, including Cloud-to-Cloud and Cloud-to-OnPremise.

As part of the team, you will lead integration projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that SAP and SuccessFactors systems are effectively integrated, enhancing business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing integration projects using SAP CPI, BTP, and other related middleware tools.

- You will design and implement Cloud-to-Cloud and Cloud-to-OnPremise integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between different systems.

- You will have hands-on experience working with tools like SAP CPI, PI/PO, DELL Boomi, Webmethods, and APIs.

- You will also be proficient in Groovy Scripts, XSLT Mappings, and SuccessFactors APIs (such as SFAPI, ODATA API, and Compound Employee API).

- You will be responsible for understanding and integrating SuccessFactors modules, including EC, RCM, and COMP, and you should have knowledge of SuccessFactors Integration Center and authentication mechanisms.

- Additionally, you will provide support for client-facing roles, including implementation, consulting, and support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of relevant experience in SAP CPI, BTP, or other similar middleware tools.

- You should have strong integration experience, particularly in Cloud-to-Cloud and Cloud-to-OnPremise scenarios.

- Experience with tools like SAP CPI, PI/PO, DELL Boomi, and Webmethods is essential.

- You should also be proficient in Groovy Scripts, XSLT Mappings, and working with SuccessFactors APIs such as SFAPI, ODATA API, and Compound Employee API.

- A solid understanding of SuccessFactors modules such as EC, RCM, and COMP is required, as well as familiarity with SuccessFactors Integration Center and its authentication mechanisms.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in the HRIS/HCM/ERP domain is preferred, as well as familiarity with customer-facing roles such as implementation, consulting, or support.

- Immediate joiners or those on short notice are preferred for this role.
