Core Skills for a Coupa Functional Lead :

- Deep Coupa Platform Knowledge : A thorough understanding of the Coupa platform, its various modules (e.g., procurement, sourcing, invoice management), and their functionalities is crucial.

- Business Process Expertise : A strong grasp of procurement, finance, and other relevant business processes is essential for translating business requirements into Coupa configurations.

- Configuration and Administration : Proficiency in configuring and administering the Coupa system, including setting up workflows, approval processes, and user roles, is a key requirement.

- Integration Knowledge : Understanding how Coupa integrates with other systems, especially ERP systems like SAP or D365, is often necessary for a functional lead.

- Reporting and Analytics : The ability to leverage Coupa's reporting and analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes is important.

- Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are vital for collaborating with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.
