SAP Consultant - UI5/Fiori Modules

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Offshore SAP Developer with expertise in SAP UI5 and ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Web IDE and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) to collaborate efficiently with onshore teams for delivering high-quality, scalable SAP solutions. With over 5 +years of experience, the candidate should possess the following key skill set :

- Data Dictionary

- Reports

- Debugging

- Interfaces

- Enhancements

- ABAP on HANA

- UI5

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, maintain, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP.

- Create and implement UI5 applications utilizing SAP Web IDE and SAP BAS.

- Integrate front-end UI5 applications with SAP backend services such as OData and Gateway.

- Collaborate closely with onshore technical leads to address requirements and provide technical resolutions.

- Conduct unit testing and offer support for system integration and user acceptance testing.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing applications.

- Ensure code quality, optimize performance, and adhere to SAP development standards.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies if working under Agile methodology.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Proficiency in using SAP Web IDE and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) for UI5 application development and deployment.

- Ability to develop OData services and integrate them with UI5 applications.

- Solid understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and launchpad configuration.

- Familiarity with Git, version control, and best deployment practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
