SAP Consultant - SD/MM/FICO Modules

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced SAP Bilingual Consultants with proficiency in Japanese and hands-on experience in SAP MM, SD, FICO, or PP modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP implementation knowledge, Japanese language certification (JLPT N1/N2/N3), and the ability to work in client-facing roles in multicultural environments.

Skills Required :

- Japanese language proficiency JLPT N1 / N2 / N3 (mandatory)

- SAP certification in relevant module (preferred)

- Domain experience is a plus

Qualifications :

- SAP module certification (preferred)

- Japanese Language Certification: JLPT N3 or higher (N2/N1 preferred)

Professional Experience :

- Should have worked on at least 2 full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, migration, roll-out, or support)

- Experience in core module implementation as part of a project team

- Client-facing experience and ability to work at client locations

- Willingness to travel (short- or long-term)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day project activities and deliverables

- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

- Deploy SAP solutions and ensure successful system integration

- Prepare high-quality documentation: BBP, Functional Specs, Technical Specs, UT/SIT/UAT Scripts, User Manuals

- Ensure compliance with project standards and firm policies

- Collaborate with internal and client teams to drive project progress

- Support testing, training, and cutover activities as needed
