About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated SAP SCM APO PP/DP/SNP Consultant to join our growing team. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced planning and optimization solutions for our clients. This position requires a seasoned professional who can not only deliver expert solutions but also lead, mentor, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities :

- Subject Matter Expertise : Act as the primary SME for SAP SCM APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization), with deep proficiency in Production Planning (PP), Demand Planning (DP), and Supply Network Planning (SNP) modules.

- Team Leadership & Management : Collaborate with and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Take ownership of team decisions and provide strategic direction.

- Cross-Functional Engagement : Engage effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, contributing significantly to key architectural and business process decisions.

- Problem Solving & Solutioning : Provide expert solutions to complex problems, not only for your immediate team but also across interdependent functional and technical teams.

- Mentorship & Development : Lead and mentor junior professionals, fostering their growth and enhancing their technical and functional capabilities in SAP SCM APO.

- Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Drive initiatives for innovation, process optimization, and continuous improvement within the SAP SCM APO landscape, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and efficient.

- Implementation & Customization : Be actively involved in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of advanced planning and optimization solutions, including hands-on configuration and customization of SAP SCM APO modules.

- Integration Expertise : Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of integration points between SAP SCM APO and other SAP ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S/4HANA) to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following :

- Deep Proficiency in SAP SCM APO : Extensive hands-on experience and a proven track record of successful implementations with SAP SCM APO, specifically across Production Planning (PP), Demand Planning (DP), and Supply Network Planning (SNP) modules.

- Supply Chain Management Acumen : Strong, comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes, including demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics.

- Advanced Planning & Optimization Experience : Proven experience in implementing complex advanced planning and optimization solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

- SAP ERP Integration Knowledge : Solid knowledge and practical experience with the integration of SAP SCM APO with core SAP ERP systems (SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA), understanding data models and integration techniques (e.g., CIF).

- Configuration & Customization : Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing various functionalities within SAP SCM APO modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating business challenges into technical solutions.

- Communication & Leadership : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
