- Gather requirements and specifications from end users for application customization and configuration.

- Perform gap analysis to identify differences between current processes and desired system functionality.

- Estimate time, resources (skills, budget, and effort), and other requirements for implementation.

- Perform customization for master/basic data using SAP.

- Provide decisions on planning strategy, including configuration and customization of demand management processes.

- Conduct data transfer between SAP and non-SAP systems, including prototyping and testing requirements.

- Customize SAP functionalities for production control and process improvements.

- Travel/relocate to various unanticipated U.

locations to interact with clients, gather requirements, and train end users during short- and long-term assignments.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization (Demand Management, Production Control, Data Transfer).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct gap analysis and optimize processes.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience in user training and support
