SAP Consultant - BPC & Datasphere

About the Role :

Join our team as a SAP Datasphere + SAC Consultant and drive data integration, advanced analytics, and enterprise planning solutions. You will work on global projects, integrating SAP BPC with SAC and Datasphere, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial close cycles, and ensuring smooth production operations.

What Youll Do :

- Lead SAP Datasphere implementations: data modeling, ETL, integration, and performance optimization.

- Develop and maintain SAC stories, dashboards, and planning models with:

- Advanced formulas & allocations

- What-If planning & scenario modeling

- Predictive forecasting & planning cycles

- Migrate and integrate SAP BPC models into Datasphere and SAC.

- Support monthly financial close, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Handle production support, troubleshooting, and deployments for SAC and Datasphere artifacts.

- Ensure data governance, security, and metadata management.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams for end-to-end SAP/non-SAP integration.

- Work across India and US time zones for global support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Total Experience: 810 years (including SAP BPC).

- SAP Datasphere: 23 years in data modelling, ETL, integration, and performance tuning.

- SAP SAC: 23 years in story design, advanced formulas, What-If planning, predictive forecasting, dashboards, and planning cycles.

- Strong SAP BPC (Planning/Consolidation) knowledge: business rules, allocations, reporting.

- Hands-on monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting experience.

- Production support & deployment expertise for SAC/Datasphere.

- Proficient in SQL, ETL, and data integration.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Flexible to work India/US shifts.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of AWS Glue, Redshift, and cloud-based ETL/data warehousing.

- Exposure to Tableau or other BI tools.

- Experience in predictive analytics or advanced planning in SAC.

- Understanding of finance & operational planning processes (Sales, Capex, Headcount, Revenue, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
