Profile : SAP Consultant

Job description :

- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.

- Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.

- Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.

- Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.

- Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.

- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.

- Providing SAP system support and end-user training.

- Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.

- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

- Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.

- As a SAP ABAP Developer/Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for executing analysis and design phases of the project and providing technical leadership through the subsequent stages

- Should have understanding, at an overall level, of the entire system under development at any given time, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues

- Ability to build good technical design based on functional specifications and have the ability to propose technical solutions as and when required

- Should have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP with SAP-MM, SAP-SD and SAP-FI background.

- Should have sound technical knowledge on Data Dictionary, Table Maintenance, Classical/Interactive/ALV Reports, Function Modules/ RFCs/BAPIs, Module Pool, BDCs, SAP Script/Smart-Forms, SAP Web Services, Custom SAP screens

- Preferably have development experience in SAP-MM procure to pay with intercompany stock transfer process and Finance modules.

- Manufacturing process knowledge is a plus.

Skills :

- Core ABAP Programming, Dialog Programming, ALV reports, ODATA.

- Strong knowledge of RICEF objects, Programming using OOPs

- Strong knowledge of core ABAP Programming ( SAP Scripts, BDC, DDIC)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a motivated team player with excellent inter-personal skills.

- Good organizational & communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global team or independently as required.

- Should be able to write code based on verbal or high-level directions.
