What You'll Be Doing :

As an SAP Consultant, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, enhancements, and support.

Your core responsibilities will include :

- Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements for SAP solutions.

- Solution Design & Configuration : Design and configure SAP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with best practices.

- Implementation & Deployment : Lead or participate in SAP implementation projects, including data migration, system testing, and Go-Live activities.

- Customization & Development (if applicable to module) : Work with development teams to specify and validate custom developments (enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions) where standard SAP functionality doesn't suffice.

- User Training & Support : Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, recommending and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout projects.

What You Must Have :

- 7-10 years of progressive experience as an SAP Consultant in SAP module SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP, etc.

- Proven expertise in at least one core SAP module, with a deep understanding of its functionalities, configurations, and integration points.

- Full lifecycle implementation experience, from blueprinting to post-Go-Live support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Extra Credit For :

- Certifications in relevant SAP modules.

- Experience with S/4HANA implementations or conversions.

- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).

- Experience in specific industry verticals relevant to the company
