SAP Concur Junior Configurator

Role Overview :

The SAP Concur Junior Configurator will be responsible for supporting configuration, testing, and maintenance of SAP Concur Travel & Expense modules. The role includes managing updates, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with finance and HR teams to ensure smooth system operations and compliance with T&E policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure SAP Concur Travel & Expense workflows, forms, and policies

- Support ongoing system enhancements, updates, and release activities

- Conduct system testing, validate configurations, and manage UAT cycles

- Troubleshoot issues in expense, travel, and audit modules

- Document configuration changes, functional updates, and system procedures

- Collaborate with finance, HR, and technical teams for requirement gathering

- Assist in basic integration monitoring and issue resolution

- Ensure system alignment with organizational T&E compliance standards

- Provide end-user support and coordinate with SAP Concur support when needed

Required Skillsets :

- Proficiency in SAP Concur configuration (Travel & Expense modules)

- Strong understanding of T&E policies, compliance, and approval workflows

- Basic knowledge of SAP Concur integration troubleshooting

- Ability to interpret functional requirements and convert them into configurations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Ability to document configurations and maintain process records

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
