SAP Concur Consultant - Support & Implementation

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Concur Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP Concur functionalities and have a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Concur solutions for clients. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, testing, training users, and providing ongoing support. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Design and configure SAP Concur solutions to meet client needs.

- Develop functional specifications and technical documentation.

- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide end-user training and support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Concur.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Concur features and functionalities.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development (as needed).

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team.

- Manage small to medium-sized Concur implementation projects.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.

Qualifications :

- 3-8 years of experience as an SAP Concur Consultant.

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Concur modules, including Expense, Travel, and Invoice.

- Experience with Concur configuration, including policy setup, workflow design, and integration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, HR systems).

- Experience with Concur reporting and analytics.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

- SAP Concur certification is a plus.

- Experience with Concur APIs and integration technologies is a plus.

- Experience in working with global implementations is a plus.
