Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to support and deliver Digital finance transformation projects. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Concur solutions with integration to SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP Concur implementations and rollouts

- Configure Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules

- Manage integration between SAP Concur and SAP ECC / S/4HANA (FI/CO)

- Customize expense types, policies, approval workflows, and audit rules

- Handle UAT, production support, and issue resolution

- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation

- Coordinate with business users and cross-functional teams

- Support month-end activities related to expense posting and reconciliation

Mandatory Skills (Must Have) :

- SAP Concur Expense & Travel : Hands-on configuration and support experience

- SAP Concur Integration : Experience integrating Concur with SAP ECC or S/4HANA

- Expense Management & Compliance : Strong understanding of corporate travel & expense policies

- UAT & Support : Experience in testing, defect management, and post-go-live support

- SAP FI/CO Knowledge : Good understanding of FI posting logic and accounting entries

Good to Have Skills :

- SAP Concur Invoice module experience

- Exposure to global/multi-country implementations

- Knowledge of tax, VAT, and audit rules in Concur

- Experience with middleware (CPI, PI/PO)

- SAP Activate / Agile methodology experience
