Job Summary :

This role is crucial for ensuring our travel and expense processes are streamlined, compliant, and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate must hold a valid SAP Concur certification and be available for mandatory day-one reporting at an IBM location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of the complete configuration and administration of SAP Concur Expense modules.

- This includes setting up policies, approval workflows, user profiles, and expense types to align with business requirements and corporate policies.

Functional Expertise and Support :

- Serve as a functional expert on Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- You will be the go-to person for all Concur-related queries and issues.

System Integration and Enhancements :

- Collaborate closely with finance and IT teams to design, implement, and test system enhancements. This includes supporting Concur Invoice processes and various integrations with other financial systems.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution :

- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within the Concur system, ensuring smooth performance and minimal disruption to business operations.

Knowledge Transfer and Training :

- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to promote user adoption and self-sufficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP Finance or SAP Concur.

- Mandatory SAP Concur Certified Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience in Concur Expense Configuration & Administration.

- Proven expertise in Concur Travel & Expense processes.
