SAP Commerce Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and rollout projects across multiple countries.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.

- Customize and extend SAP Commerce Accelerator storefronts to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations between SAP Commerce, SAP ERP, and cloud platforms (including CCV2).

- Utilize Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JSP, and other technologies to deliver scalable solutions.

- Collaborate closely with architects, front-end, and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Drive performance optimization and debugging efforts to improve system reliability and responsiveness.

- Implement DevOps best practices, including version control using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

- Apply knowledge of headless commerce architectures to design flexible, future-proof solutions.

- Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and rollout projects.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JSP, and SAP Commerce Accelerator storefront.

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex rollout projects.

- Hands-on experience with integration between SAP Commerce and SAP ERP/cloud platforms (CCV2).

- Solid understanding of DevOps processes and experience using Git for version control.

- Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and modern eCommerce best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode and flexible to travel as required.
