About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our team in Chennai or Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge in CO modules, hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP CO module implementations, enhancements, and support activities in S/4HANA environments.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP CO solutions.

Configure and customize SAP CO sub-modules including :

- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

- Internal Orders (IO)

- Product Costing (PC)

- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

- Material Ledger

- Handle integration points with FI, MM, PP, SD, and other relevant modules.

- Conduct functional testing, system configuration, and end-user training.

- Participate in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and migration projects, especially SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations.

- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and work with ABAP teams for custom developments.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and resolve system issues within defined SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of relevant SAP CO experience.

- Minimum 2+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or migration projects in CO.

- Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger.

- Excellent understanding of business processes in Finance and Controlling.

- Ability to perform detailed analysis, create solution designs, and execute configuration activities.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP CO certification (desirable).

- Exposure to Fiori apps related to Controlling.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) is a plus.

Work Location : Chennai or Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site based on project requirements)
