We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) modules to lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge, configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects in the SAP CO domain.

- Conduct business requirement gathering, process analysis, and design/blueprinting workshops with business users.

- Configure and manage SAP CO sub-modules, including but not limited to:

- Cost Element Accounting (CEA)

- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

- Internal Orders (IO)

- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

- Product Costing (PC)

- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

- Ensure seamless integration of CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules, addressing cross-functional dependencies.

- Support process harmonization and optimization by implementing industry best practices in controlling.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while preparing detailed test scripts and validation documents.

- Develop functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces in collaboration with ABAP and technical teams.

- Drive workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and end-user training to enable smooth adoption of solutions.

- Manage go-live preparation, execution, and hyper-care support for stabilization post-implementation.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Controlling processes, advising business stakeholders on cost optimization and reporting strategies.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration and implementation (minimum 23 full-cycle implementations).

- In-depth knowledge of Cost Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing.

- Proven experience in integrating CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.

- Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and work closely with development teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Proficiency in project documentation, business process mapping, and solution design.

- Experience in leading workshops, conducting training sessions, and preparing end-user documentation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP CO certification (or equivalent experience) will be an added advantage.

- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal concepts.

- Experience working in multinational or large-scale ERP environments.

- Familiarity with Fiori applications related to CO processes
