Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP FICO with a proven track record in S/4HANA greenfield or conversion projects. This role requires strong functional and process knowledge in financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, conversion, and support projects.

- Analyze business requirements and design robust SAP FICO solutions aligned with best practices.

- Configure and customize the FICO modules.

- Work on S/4HANA simplifications such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Margin Analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) for seamless integration.

- Prepare and review functional specifications, work closely with ABAP developers.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide post-go-live support and training to end users and key stakeholders.

- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes and reporting.

- Engage in continuous improvement efforts and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 12 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.

- Minimum of 1- 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA Finance implementations or system conversion projects.

- Strong knowledge of core FICO processes : Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and integration with logistics modules.

- Deep understanding of S/4HANA innovations : Universal Journal, Fiori apps, Central Finance (optional), etc.

- Experience in data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW) and SAP Activate methodology.

- Ability to gather and analyze requirements, prepare functional documents, and conduct system configurations.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
