Role : SAP CMMS Consultant (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CMMS Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) functionalities within the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. This is a long-term, remote opportunity for a professional with strong functional expertise in maintenance processes and hands-on experience with SAP PM, particularly in manufacturing or asset-intensive environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP PM Implementation & Configuration : Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to support CMMS processes, with strong experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

- Solution Design : Design solutions for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, ensuring they align with industry best practices and operational needs.

- Master Data Management : Define and maintain essential master data, including equipment hierarchies, task lists, maintenance plans, and work order flows.

- Requirements Translation : Analyze and translate complex business requirements into clear and precise technical specifications for system development and configuration.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure system configuration aligns with operational needs, and facilitate user adoption.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide expert functional support, troubleshoot issues, and perform comprehensive system testing and validation.

- Training & Documentation : Develop and deliver effective end-user training programs and create clear, concise documentation.

- Integration : Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Financial Accounting (FI), as well as with third-party systems where required.

- Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the optimization of maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, and reliability best practices within SAP.

Required Skills :

- Strong functional expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) functionalities within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

- Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), with hands-on experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

- Deep understanding of maintenance operations, asset lifecycle, and reliability best practices.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Familiarity with integration to IoT systems, EAM platforms, or mobile maintenance tools is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of Fiori apps related to maintenance management.

- SAP certification in Plant Maintenance is mandatory.
