Core Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the day-to-day development and administration of the ARDx SAP BW Systems (NetWeaver 7.5x).

- Develop and modify existing BW landscape objects in coordination with the Global BI team.

- Monitor daily process chains and resolve any loading issues.

- Run manual flat file data loads into the system as needed.

- Coordinate landscape changes with the Application Support - SAP BI Reporting Analyst.

- Coordinate with the Basis team for technical issues.

- Monitor error logs and short dumps.

- Research OSS for appropriate notes to correct system issues and implement them.

- Maintain SAP BW process-related documentation in accordance with our Change Management policies and processes.

- Create and update documentation related to BW Objects (in English).

Essential Skills :

- A minimum of 5 years of SAP BW (NetWeaver 7.x) development.

- A minimum of 2 years of SAP BW (NetWeaver 7.x) admin functions.

- Experience monitoring system loads (Process chains, system logs, short dumps, RFC Queues between systems, etc.).

- Understanding of ABAP development both on the BW ETL and function modules to populate extractors (BW and ECC).

- Use of Open Hubs to provide data for Third-party systems.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Desirable Skills :

- A broad understanding of SAP ECC Business Process functionality.

- BW Performance tuning (both at a data provider and overall system level).

- Understanding of the activation and configuration of SAP ECC Business Content extractors.

- Experience improving efficiency and processes within a support environment.

- Project Management experience.

- Working knowledge of Service Now (ITSM) and MS DevOps.

- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Data Bricks, and PowerBI.

- Experience working in an ITIL environment.

- Multi-lingual.
