- Lead end-to-end SAP BW 4 HANA projects, including requirements gathering, data modeling, system configuration, and performance optimization.

- Design, build, and optimize complex data models, conducting ETL processes to support comprehensive reporting and analytics.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights with SAP BW 4 HANA tools.

- Monitor and optimize system performance, manage data volume, and implement best practices to ensure high availability and efficiency of SAP BW 4 HANA solutions.

- Provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in data modeling, data extraction, and report generation.

- Design efficient data storage solutions with SAP HANA, integrating with SAP BW for seamless data processing and real-time reporting.

- Document all development and operational processes, delivering training to business users and IT staff on SAP BW 4 HANA functionality.

- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP BW 4 HANA and SAP HANA data modeling, ETL processes, and data extraction.

- Optimize performance within SAP BW 4 HANA environments and leverage ABAP for custom enhancements.

- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8- 12 years of experience in SAP BW / HANA development and implementation.

- Expertise in SAP BW 4 HANA and SAP HANA data modeling.

- Hands-on experience in ETL processes, data extraction, and reporting.

- Proficiency in ABAP for custom enhancements.

- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

- Experience in system performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BOBJ, or BW/4HANA analytics.

- Knowledge of real-time data integration and HANA modeling.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies for SAP projects.

- Strong documentation skills and experience delivering training to end-users
