It is 5 Days working & Work from Office role

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

- Configure SAP BW in line with the Global Template for the individual TechHubs and develop Management Reports according to Specifications provided by the Key Business Users and the Requirements Engineer

- Ensure delivery of maximum business value through the exploitation of SAP Standard functionality and configuration objects to achieve the desired end result

- Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions

- Adhere to security and control, and change control processes

- Design, develop and maintain the SAP Systems to meet support and/or project requirements.

- Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code via controlled design documents.

- Work with IT support teams (DBA, server teams) to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented

- Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA`s

- Develop and execute unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.

- Responsible for full System Development Life Cycle

- Work with business team to complete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing

- Participate in production support/ duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage

- Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities

- Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application components.

- Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development

Key Competencies & Skills required :

- SAP BW and Management Reporting tooling

- MS Office & Jira Knowledge

- Very good knowledge in written and spoken English

- IT technical background & programming experience

- Experience in all components of software delivery with concentration in requirements, design and development.

- Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to multi-task effectively

- Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency

- Perform application support tasks like : systems support, security reviews, & maintenance tasks

- Testing experience

- Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly

Nice to have : Knowledge in BMC Remedy and SAP Test workbench

Education/Qualification : A degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems or IT Consulting or equivalent or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
