SAP BW/4HANA Consultant

Description :

- Design, build, and optimize complex data models, conducting ETL processes to support comprehensive reporting and analytics.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights with SAP BW 4 HANA tools.

- Monitor and optimize system performance, manage data volume, and implement best practices to ensure high availability and efficiency of SAP BW 4 HANA solutions.

- Provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in data modeling, data extraction, and report generation.

- Design efficient data storage solutions with SAP HANA, integrating with SAP BW for seamless data processing and real-time reporting.

- Document all development and operational processes, delivering training to business users and IT staff on SAP BW 4 HANA functionality.

- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP BW 4 HANA and SAP HANA data modeling, ETL processes, and data extraction.

- Optimize performance within SAP BW 4 HANA environments and leverage ABAP for custom enhancements.

- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Proficient in SAP BW/4HANA data modeling, ETL processes, and data extraction techniques.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA data storage, processing, and real-time reporting integration.

- Experience in system performance tuning, data volume management, and ensuring system reliability.

- Skilled in ABAP programming for SAP BW customizations.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with experience working closely with business and technical teams.

- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior consultants.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP BW/4HANA certification or equivalent.

- Experience working in Agile project environments.
