SAP Business Support Consultant - FI/CO Modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and SAP functional/technical teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Assist in day-to-day issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and user support for finance-related transactions.

- Support financial closing, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance processes.

- Work with consultants and developers to deliver minor enhancements, configuration changes, and functional improvements.

- Collaborate with business teams to analyze new requirements, prepare functional specifications, and support testing/UAT.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit standards, and internal controls in SAP finance operations.

- Prepare documentation, user manuals, and training materials to strengthen end-user adoption.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) domain with strong understanding of business processes.

- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Profit Center Accounting.

- Ability to handle incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements in SAP Finance.

- Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance functionalities and integration with MM/SD.

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate between business and IT teams.

- Good understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.

Desired (Preferred) Skills & Certifications :

- Experience in business process support and service delivery environments.

- Exposure to taxation, treasury, and financial planning modules.

- Knowledge of Middle East finance processes and compliance requirements.
