- Analyze business needs and recommend improvements and enhancements in organizational management processes.

- Communicate and implement new ideas, frameworks, and diagnostic tools to improve operations, including blueprinting, conceptual design, configuration, As-Is and To-Be processes.

- Coordinate and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflow and business logic for current systems to enhance productivity.

- Work with multiple SAP modules and technologies, including SAP HCM, NW Basic, Security SolMan, Archiving, Procurement, SRM, EWM, Project Management, TDMS, GRC, Panaya, and ISM.

- Supervise and mentor Senior Business Analysts and SAP Functional Consultants to ensure successful project execution.

- Travel/relocate to various unanticipated U.S. locations to interact with clients and train end users for both short- and long-term assignments.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).

- Strong experience in SAP consulting, configuration, and solution delivery across multiple modules.

- Proven expertise in business process analysis, documentation, and workflow optimization.

- Leadership skills with prior experience supervising consultants and analysts.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
