Job Title : SAP Business One Technical Consultant

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

Job Summary : We are seeking a SAP Business One Technical Consultant to work with customers and partners in resolving issues related to the SAP Business One product.

The candidate will investigate product defects, provide solutions to database issues, perform root cause analysis, and assist in product support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with the Technical Support team to resolve issues encountered during the adoption and use of SAP Business One.

- Investigate and identify product defects and collaborate with development teams and product managers to deliver solutions.

- Investigate and resolve database corruptions caused by product defects.

- Provide generic solutions for common customer issues in daily use of SAP Business One.

- Perform root cause analysis and debugging of software defects.

- Assist in maintaining and improving product quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Proficient in relational databases and SQL.

- Experience with JavaScript and C++; Java knowledge is a plus.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of financial processes, accounting, and ERP systems.

- Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication.

- Ability to work on multiple tasks and perform under pressure.

Experience :

- Minimum 2 years in enterprise or large-scale software development, support, or maintenance.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One product is mandatory
