SAP Business One Support Consultant - E2E Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day to day support for SAP B1 users across all modules (Financials, Sales & CRM, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Project etc.).

- Investigate, analyse, and resolve system issues and end-user queries in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and ensure SAP B1 configurations meet operational needs.

- Work with SAP B1 tools like DTW and HANA Studio (if applicable).

- Support data migration, system upgrades, patch updates, and implementation of add-ons or integrations.

- Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

- Coordinate with external SAP B1 partners or vendors for advanced technical issues or enhancement requests.

- Train and onboard users on SAP B1 functionality, best practices, and new features.

- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize business workflows.

Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules: Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production etc.

- Experience with SAP tools like DTW (Data Transfer Workbench), B1iF, is preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field.

- 13 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One support or implementation.

- Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, or services is a plus.
