Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to play a lead role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Business One (SAP B1) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of total experience with the SAP B1 platform and 2-5 years specifically operating as a Functional Consultant.

This role, based in Noida (New Delhi EMBI), is critical for translating complex client business requirements into effective, streamlined technical solutions and managing the execution of multiple implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation Leadership :

- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP Business One implementations, covering core modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and CRM.

- Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering workshops, and gap analysis with clients.

Customization and Configuration :

- Design, customize, and configure SAP Business One and its integrated components to align precisely with documented business needs and best practices.

- Translate functional specifications into technical requirements for the development team.

Documentation and Design :

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed functional specifications, business process flows, system design documents, and user manuals.

Project Management & Delivery :

- Actively manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with technical teams (e.g., developers, integration specialists) for system integration, data migration, and technical configuration tasks.

Training and Support :

- Develop and deliver effective training programs to end-users and key users.

- Provide expert ongoing support post-go-live, troubleshooting complex functional issues.

Continuous Improvement :
- Propose and implement continuous improvements and optimization strategies to enhance overall system efficiency, user adoption, and business value realization from SAP B1.

Key Qualifications :

Experience : 2 - 5 years of experience as a dedicated Functional Consultant, coupled with 5+ years of total hands-on experience in SAP Business One.

ERP Expertise :

- Expertise in core ERP processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).

- Deep functional expertise across the key SAP Business One modules (Financials, Inventory Management, Sales & Distribution, etc.).

Consulting Skills :

- Demonstrated strong communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven problem-solving capabilities with an ability to think analytically and strategically.

- Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

Certification (Preferred) :

- SAP Business One Certification is strongly preferred.
