SAP Business Objects Support Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Business Objects (BO) Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical support for SAP BO solutions, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and user assistance.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of SAP BO systems.

- Assist users with report creation, modification, and optimization.

- Implement and maintain data models and universes in Business Objects.

- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data quality and integrity.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Document support activities, solutions, and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Business Objects and related technologies.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Extensive experience with SAP Business Objects tools (e.g., Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Design Studio).

- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders.

- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
