We are hiring an experienced SAP BDME / MM Procurement Consultant for a remote position aligned with Central European Time (CET).

Work Mode : Remote roles with occasional travel within India & Malaysia.

Contract : 12-Month Rolling.

Notice Period : 30 Days or Less.

About the Role :

The consultant will play a key role in data migration and procurement process transformation for SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, supporting international clients across the full migration and cutover lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP MM data migration : mapping, transformation, business rule creation, and data loading using LSMW or other SAP tools.

- Profile and cleanse legacy data using tools like SAP Advanced Data Migration (ADM) and Trillium to ensure data quality.

- Perform open PO and scheduling agreement migration during soft/hard freeze periods.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data validation rules, check conditions, and functional specifications.

- Execute and validate mock loads for SIT, UAT, and Dress Rehearsal phases.

- Debug and resolve data issues during testing with input from business users and IT teams.

- Configure and support master data and core procure-to-pay (P2P) elements like PRs, POs, and contracts.

- Generate preload and reconciliation reports, ensuring stakeholder sign-off before cutover.

- Support users during hyper care, resolving data defects and helping ensure smooth post-go-live operations.

- Create documentation and handover materials for operational continuity post-implementation.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 510 years of SAP experience with strong focus on MM, BDME, and procurement-related data migration.

- Hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.

- Proficient with ADM, LSMW, Trillium, and other SAP data tools.

- Solid understanding of procurement configurations, master data management, and P2P processes.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across CET time zone hours.

- Experience supporting full project lifecycle including cutover and hyper care.
