Job Title : SAP Business Analyst (IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP/ODATA, CPI iFlows, PO mappings).

Job Description :

Key responsibilities :

Inventory Governance :

- Establish inventory governance.

Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with business users, architects, and developers to capture interface metadata, dependencies, and ownership details.

- Coordinate with Accenture to run automated assessment tool half-yearly.

Documentation :

- Ensure all interface agreements are in place.

Change Management :

- Track interface changes due to project rollouts, enhancements, or decommissions.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Facilitate sessions with application owners, middleware teams, and functional consultants to validate accuracy.

Tool Ownership :

- Own and enhance the Excel-based or SharePoint-based inventory tool.

- Maintain/enhance PowerBI dashboard.

Skills needed :

- Primarily business analyst role.

- Good understanding of SAP functional knowledge and processes(willingness to investigate inside SAP ERP).

- Excellent project/program management skills(prior experience of setting up governance models in SAP).

- Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP/ODATA, CPI iFlows, PO mappings).

- Experience with interface lifecycle documentation and middleware landscapes.

- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
