Job Description :

The SAP SD, LE Business Analyst position utilizes the knowledge of SAP structure and configurations to create and support a global SAP environment. The Business Analyst works in a team environment to recommend, design, and deliver software solutions that enable business processes and users to enhance the productivity and profitability of the company. Essential skills for this job includes : order and pricing management, order fulfillment and customer invoicing. This position requires in-depth SAP knowledge of the various modules of SD and LE, including Master Data management, various order types, deliveries, shipping solutions, credit management, and invoicing in a global setting. Experience interfacing with various other modules of SAP FI, MM, and QM.

Qualifications :

- Five plus years relevant SAP SD and LE configuration experience

- Experience with process documentation and testing

- Experience as a Business Analyst in two full lifecycle SAP implementations required

- Experience in various global specifications and requirements in OTC (Order to Cash) area

- Experience in configuring Pricing Procedures as well as Tax configuration

- Experience integrating with shipping solutions (ConnectShip, ShipExec, etc)

- Experience in S/4 Hana

- Experience in SAP Fiori implementation

- Working EU hours

Responsibilities :

- Works closely with business leaders to provide consultancy and support for SAP SD and LE modules.

- Interacts with functional users to identify and provide training and improvement opportunities for both users and processes.

- Performs functional user assessments to process leads to ensure process and procedures are performed in accordance with work instructions.

- Configures and troubleshoots for SAP SD and LE modules.

- Works with outside consulting firms to support upgrades and project requirements.

- Analyzes and evaluates existing business functions and processes related to key areas : sales, customer service, logistics and finance.

- Defines and documents system transactions and processes in support of processes

- Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development.

- Trains users and supports training in the usage of system functionality.

- Creates and performs unit and integration testing scenarios and troubleshoots problems with the system modules.
