We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Analyst with strong functional expertise across SAP modules and proven experience in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering scalable business solutions, driving process harmonization, and acting as a strategic liaison between business and technology teams. This role demands deep domain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Management :

- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering sessions with business users across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.

- Translate complex business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments for changes and new SAP features.

2. SAP Functional Expertise :

- Work across core SAP ERP modules including SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, along with exposure to S/4HANA, ARIBA, Central Finance (CFIN), and related digital transformation initiatives.

- Map business processes into SAP standard functionalities while ensuring alignment with best practices.

- Identify configuration needs and collaborate with SAP technical teams for solution implementation.

3. Data, Analytics & AI Enablement :

- Define data analytics and reporting solutions leveraging enterprise data models.

- Work closely with data engineering teams to design data schemes, semantic layers, and analytics workflows.

- Basic understanding of data modeling, SQL queries, and experience collaborating on AI-driven use cases and predictive reporting.

4. Testing, Validation & Delivery :

- Own end-to-end validation of solutions, including test planning, test case development, scenario coverage, and defect management.

- Lead end-user testing (UAT), ensuring business sign-off and production readiness.

- Perform data validation, integration validation, workflow checks, and post-deployment reviews.

5. Process Mapping & Documentation :

- Create detailed process maps, business workflows, and process-to-SAP mappings using standard methodologies.

- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and documentation for senior management, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.

- Maintain version-controlled documentation for process changes, data flows, and solution artifacts.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Act as the primary bridge between business users, SAP consultants, developers, QA teams, and project managers.

- Collaborate closely with manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain, finance, and procurement teams.

- Align technical delivery with business KPIs, operational outcomes, and enterprise architecture standards.

7. Delivery Excellence & Governance :

- Take complete ownership of solution deliverables from requirement definition to production deployment.

- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, change management protocols, and audit requirements.

- Drive continuous improvements and lean process optimization initiatives.

8. Agile & Project Execution

- Work in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Provide transparent updates on progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.

- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with mandatory manufacturing domain exposure.

- Strong functional understanding of SAP ERP processes and S/4HANA architecture.

- Experience with ARIBA, CFIN, and integration frameworks is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical capability with working knowledge of SQL, data structures, and reporting ecosystems.

- Ability to interpret data models, map them to business processes, and align with enterprise data architectures.

- Proven experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, process flows, diagrams, and UAT scripts.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, multi-stakeholder environment.
